Each team will comprise of 3 players; of which, 2 of the best scores will count. Two days (2) combine score.
Any act of slow play shall result to the following: first warning – no stroke penalty, second warning – with one stroke penalty to the player, third warning – with two stroke penalty to the player, and fourth warning –disqualification of the player for the day. Only the Tournament Committee may impose such penalties.
Winner is determined by the team with the lowest net / gross acquired.
Ties will be broken by the player that did not count for the second day. If the third player did not participate on the second day, that is considered as no score; therefore resulting in default for tiebreaker. If ties are still unbroken, the team shall select a representative, that representative will be subjected to comparing the best score of the last nine holes (starting point is at the 18th hole regardless of the tee box). If the tying players have the same score for the last nine, determine the winner on the basis of the last six holes, last three holes and finally the 18th hole. Cross scoring shall be in effect. No Mulligans and No Gimmees. USGA/R&A rules govern all play in conjunction with local rules.
Any rules infraction will be decided by the Tournament committee, rules committee is composed of the following personnel:

CLASSIFICATION
Handicap indexes are for classification purpose only. Each team shall be classified by the average of the two lowest handicap indexes. Maximum handicap index of 27.0.
All handicap indexes are subject for review by the Tournament Committee. The tournament committee is authorized to lower a player’s handicap as they see fit. No handicap Index submitted to the Committee results in a 0 handicap. In case where the player has multiple club memberships, the lowest handicap index would be used.
WHS handicap index as of January 2026 . All other handicap indexes with the exception of November – December 2025 are subject to a minimum deduction of four off the course handicap.

TEE TIMES
Assigned hole will be given per team. Each team should assign a team captain that will dictate to his team members their flight schedules. Flight schedules are final and are not open for discussion. Any team member may represent tee assignment based on the given tee time.

NO Maong / No Jeans
NO sando, collarless shirts
NO reservation of golf carts
NO metal spikes
*Any violation of these requirements will result in no play.
RAFFLE :
Awarding of minor raffle starts at 3:00 pm on January 24, 2026. Presence required for all raffle prizes.

Must be observed
