FilGolf Lite fees are charged per tournament day.
The first tournament day carries the standard daily rate because it includes the initial tournament setup, player database preparation, scoring configuration, leaderboard setup, and pre-event coordination.
Additional consecutive tournament days are charged at a lower daily rate because the same tournament configuration and player database will continue to be used.
One tournament day means:
A tournament beginning in the morning and ending with the final results or awards program on the same calendar day is considered one tournament day.
An additional tournament day is a succeeding day that is part of the same tournament and uses substantially the same:
The reduced additional-day rate normally applies to consecutive tournament dates.
Non-consecutive tournament dates may be treated as separate events unless covered by a tournament-series or annual agreement.

A tournament series is different from a multi-day tournament.
A multi-day tournament is one competition conducted over two or more consecutive days.
A tournament series consists of separate tournament legs conducted on different dates, with cumulative rankings or points maintained throughout the season.
Starting at ₱25,000 per month
Recommended for organizers conducting up to three single-day tournaments per month using the FilGolf Lite Cloud service.
Unused tournament days do not automatically carry over unless provided in the approved agreement.
Tournament days exceeding the monthly allocation shall be charged at the applicable additional tournament-day rate.
Starting at ₱150,000 per year
Recommended for golf clubs and associations conducting regular tournaments, monthly medals, leagues, and member competitions.
The annual license does not automatically include on-site FilGolf personnel unless specifically stated in the agreement.

4. FilGolf Configures the Tournament

5. Conduct a System Test
For applicable packages, FilGolf and the designated tournament representative conduct an orientation or pre-event test.
6. Operate the Scoring System
Scores are submitted or encoded during each tournament day. The leaderboard updates as scores are received.
7. Continue to the Next Round
For multi-day tournaments, FilGolf carries forward the player database, scores, and cumulative standings.
8. Confirm the Final Results
The Tournament Committee verifies and approves the official results before the winners are announced.
