RULES OF PLAY – The tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Golf of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews and the local rules of Rancho Palos Verdes, APO Golf and South Pacific Golf.

DIVISIONS – the Tournament will be divided into six (6) divisions.

Division A 4.1-8.0 White
Division B 8.1-14 White
Division C 14.1-21 White
Senior’s Division (55-up age bracket)
Championship Division 0-7.0 White
Division A 7.1-15.0 White
Division B 15.1 up White
  1. A team shall be composed of 5 players. The best 4 scores per day will count as the team score for the tournament.
  2. All divisions shall tee off at the same tee box for hole in one purposes.
  3. Ladies division to be determined among teams playing.
  4. • All Championship flights will tee-off at the blue tee box while Flights A, B and C and Seniors will use the white tee box, Ladies at the red tee box.
  5. The average of the three (3) lowest indices shall determine the team’s qualification using the July 31, 2024 National Golf Association of the Philippines World Handicapping system (NGAP).
  6. For individual competitions, classification will be based on the usual handicapping system. For Regulars (Championship), (0-9), (10-16), (17-24), (25-27). For Seniors (0-9), (10-16), (17-24), (25-27).  Ladies Division.
  7. All groups whether team or individual shall play eighteen (18) holes each in APO Golf & Country Club, Rancho Palos Verdes, and South Pacific Golf Club with one none playing day over the four (4) days tournament.
  8. Stableford scoring shall be used for Men’s Regular & Ladies’ Divisions.

  1. Molave scoring system shall be used for Seniors Division.

  1. Seniors, who choose to team up with Regular division players, shall belong to the Regular division and shall follow the point system of the latter.

DOUBLE BARREL TEE OFF SHALL BE USED WITH TEE OFF TIME STARTING 6:00 A.M, UPON THE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE.

WIN HOLE-IN-ONE PRIZES AND LOTS OF RAFFLE PRIZES

  1. Registration will be open to the first one hundred fifty (150) participating teams or seven hundred fifty (750) total players (First Come First Serve).
  2. Deadline of registration and payment shall be on August 15, 2024.
  3. Team/players in excess of the set numbers will be priority-listed and will be notified not later than September 1, 2024.
  4. All participants will be allowed one (1) free practice round in all the three (3) courses, any day from September 16-18, 2024 while paid local players may practice earlier.
  5. Make your check payable to Davao Eagle Master, Inc.
  6. Awards night will be held on September 22, 2024 at SMX Convention Center Davao.
