2025 CAGC YEAREND and INTRACLUB GOLF TOURNAMENT

I. SCHEDULE

  1. November 17-21, 2025 (Tuesday – Friday) Sequential Tee-Off
  2. November 22, 2025 (Saturday) Double Shotgun

II. REGISTRATION AND TEE-OFF DETAILS

Eligibility: CAGC Members and /Guests/Sponsors

  1. Only members in good standing with updated monthly dues are eligible to receive free tickets.
  2. Only members can win the grand raffle; both members and guests can win other prizes.
  3. Submit the roster of Bonafide CAGC Club members until August 31, 2025.

Registration:

In-person only, opens at 0500H

Tee-Off Times:

  1. 0630H (morning)
  2. 1200H (noon)

Entry Fee:

  1. ₱5,000.00 (includes registration, caddy fee, giveaways, cocktails, lunch/dinner, raffle prizes)
  2. ₱7,500.00 per team for CAGC Clubs

MULLIGAN:

P500.00 (1 Front & 1 Back)

Note: Mulligan shot is not qualified to win the Hole-in-One Prizes and Fun Holes.

III. CONDITIONS OF PLAY / FORMAT

Rules: Governed by USGA, Royal & Ancient Golf Rules, and CAGC Local Rules

Scoring Format:

  1. Cut-off for handicap is on September 30, 2025.
  2. Handicaps are for classification only
  3. Based on NGAP WHS handicaps (current course handicap applies)
  4. Players without a WHS Handicap will have 0 handicap
  5. All scores must be encoded in the Smartscore tablet
  6. Modified Molave Points Scoring System (gross scores)

  1. Maximum of six (6) teams per Club.
  2. Alternate players are allowed if primary players are unavailable, provided they are in the same or lower division.

Categories & Tee Assignments:

  1. Regular Men’s Division (54 years old and below) – Blue Tee
  2. Senior Divisions (55 years old & above, by age group) – White Tee
  3. Ladies Division – Red Tee
  4. Junior Golfers (by age group)
    1. Divisions 1, 2 & 3 – Blue/Red Tee
    2. Division 4 – Forward tees (yardage tbal)

Tie breakers: Decided by count back in the following order:

  1. Team Champion                    – 40 points
  2. Team 1st Runner-Up              – 30 points
  3. Team 2nd Runner-Up            – 20 points
  4. Team 3rd Runner-Up             – 10 points

V. TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE

  1. Tournament may be suspended at any time due to unsafe weather conditions.
  2. Once players have teed off, and heavy rains occur, it is at the players’ discretion whether to   continue or   

      discontinue the game.
  3. Administers the tournament and reserves the right to amend rules.
  4. Final decisions on disputes rest with the Tournament Committee.
  5. Tournament officially closes once trophies are awarded.

VI. AWARDING CEREMONY

Date & Time: November 22, 2025, 6:00 PM
Venue: Restaurant Extension (Open Area)

Program Highlights:

  3. Raffle draws

Hole-in-One Prizes: Only the first player to ace the hole wins the prize.

Raffle Prizes:

  1. Members-only: Presence not required for Minor, Major, and Grand Raffle
    1. Grand Prize: 2025 Toyota Innova Zenix, 2.0 Q HEV CVT Hybrid
    2. tax shouldered by winner
  2. Non-members (guest/sponsor):  Presence not required for minor and major raffles but not entitled for the grand prize.
  3. Raffle prizes must be claimed within one (1) month of the draw date.
  4. Extra raffle tickets: ₱250.00 (car raffle only)

VII. OTHERS

  1. Deadline for the submission of Entry fee is on October 15, 2025
  2. Deadline for the final submission of the list of players/teams with alternates is on or before October 30, 2025.
