CONDITIONS OF PLAY:

TEE TIME:

SEQUENTIAL Start. Everyone is provided with a tee time and will start at 8:00 a.m.,

TEE-OFF:

Men	tee-off from the BLUE Tees
Seniors	tee-off from the WHITE Tees
Ladies	tee-off from the RED Tees.

TOURNAMENT FEES:

₱10,500 – Non MGCC Members

₱ 5,500 – MGCC Members

FORMAT & HANDICAP SYSTEM:

System 36

DIVISIONS:

1, 2, & 3	All Male participants
LADIES	All Female participants

CLASSIFICATION:

1	First 30 % of player scores less those of, Ladies & Sponsors.
2	Next 35% of player scores less those of, Ladies & Guests.
3	Last 35% of player scores less those of , Ladies & Guests.
LADIES	All Female participants

Note: Players aged 55 and older have the option to play from the white tees.

RECORDING OF SCORES

Each player shall score another player in the flight. After the game, each scorecard shall be signed by the player and his marker and then submitted to the caddie masters Office. Failure to submit scorecard 15 minutes after the game will be grounds for Disqualification from the tournament.

SPEED OF PLAY

To hasten play, a maximum score of double par can be recorded on any hole, after which the player picks up his ball. A tape is placed on players putter to mark 24 inches. Any ball between this length and the cup must be picked up and counted as one putt.

GIMME:

Holes will be marked with a circle to indicate the 20-inch “Gimme Distance.” All balls lying within this distance can be picked- up and need not be holed-out.

MULLIGANS:

Mulligans can be bought at P200 each, Maximum of 2 additional. The use of a mulligan is anytime anywhere except on the putting greens. It cannot be used to win the Hole-in-One prize, as well as the nearest to the pin and most accurate drive.

RULES OF PLAY:

Play shall be governed by the USGA, the R & A Rules of Golf and the local rules of the Manila Golf and Country Club. Any question concerning the rules must be presented to the Rules Committee, as soon as possible for resolution. All decisions of the Committee is final. THE TOURNAMENT IS DEEMED CLOSED AFTER THE LAST TROPHY HAS BEEN AWARDED.

TIES:

Ties will be settled with the player having the lower 18-Hole Gross Score declared as the winner. If a tie remains even after that, the lower back-9 gross score shall be used to break the tie. If a tie persists, the player with the most eagles, birdies, pars and bogeys shall prevail and will be declared winner of the tie.

Handsome trophies will be awarded accordingly to winners of all classes:

Hole in One Conditions:

Use of Mulligan cannot win any Hole in One prize.

LUNCH / RAFFLE / AWARDING:

Buffet Lunch, awarding of trophies to winners and raffle of valuable prices will follow after the round. Presence is strictly required to win any raffle prize.
