EAST COURSE

I. CONDITIONS:

Play will be governed by the Rules of Golf as approved by the R&A of St. Andrews, in conjunction with the Local Rules of Wack Wack Golf & Country Club prevailing at the time of the tournament.

II. PREFERRED LIES CONDITION:

Preferred lies condition will be implemented within 12 inches or 1 scorecard in all through the green but not closer to the hole, except bunkers or sand traps and penalty areas or hazards.

III. CLASSIFICATION:

MEN'S DIVISION

CLASS A (HCP 0-12)
CLASS B (HCP 13-24)
CLASS C (HCP 25 & above)
Seniors A (HCP 0-18)
Seniors B (HCP 19 & above)

LADIES' DIVISION

CLASS A (HCP 0-18)
CLASS B (HCP 19 & above)

* Seniors have the option to use a blue or white tee with a corresponding handicap.

IV. FORMAT OF PLAY:

Individual stroke play with full handicap using :

V. TEE MARKERS:

Men – Blue Tee
Seniors – White Tee (Age 55 and above)
Ladies – Red Tea

VI. TIES:

Ties shall be resolved in the following order:

Lower handicap prevails;
If still tied, gross score of last 9 holes (10 to 18);
If still tied, gross score of last 6 holes (13 to 18);
If still tied, gross score of last 3 holes (16 to 18);
If still tied, sudden death count back beginning on the 18th hole.

VII. WINNERS OF THE TOURNAMENT:

Trophies will be awarded to Overall Champion, Lowest Gross, Division Champion, 1st Runner-Up and 2nd Runner-Up of each class.

VIII. DISTANCE MEASURING EQUIPMENT:

The use of distance measuring equipment during the tournament will be ALLOWED.

IX. MULLIGANS:

It is compulsory for all players to purchase two (2) mulligans at PHP 1,000.00. Mulligans may be used one (1) on each nine (Holes 1-9 & 10-18) anywhere on the course except on the putting green. Mulligans are not valid to win a Hole-in-One prize.

X. HOLE IN ONE:

If there are multiple hole-in-one winners on a designated prize on the said holes, prize shall be equally shared by the winners.
The player must complete the entire round (18 holes) to qualify for the hole-in-One prize.
A mulligan is not eligible to win a hole-in-One prize.
All applicable taxes shall be for the account of the winners.

WEST COURSE

SYSTEM 36 {Triple Bogey Pick-up}
Scoring is done by all

Owing a minus 2 Handicap stroke for every par made by the player and 1 handicap stroke for every bogey score. Zero or no point deduction for double bogeys and up.
(Birdies and the eagles shall have the same rating as pars = 2).
Example: Player A has;

9 bogeys

2 doubles

7 x 2
